I am just excited I finally get to see this lost footage. Been jealous of all those lucky people that got to see the stuff at the conventions.
Oh me too. It was driving me crazy because I couldn't travel around chasing the screenings.
I got my Blu-ray set in and it is nice. I really liked the new Director's Cut.
First Congrats to Roger, Ryan, and Jose. You guys are now officially part of the Nightbreed legacy. It was great to see your names listed in the Special Thanks section of the credits.
Without the Occupy Midian effort I am not so sure this thing would have been done. So for that I say Thank You Very much.

Holy crap there were words spoken in the barn... even Babbet! Anne Bobby sings! As Boone trips out he sees himself and Laurie get it on. Ashbury kills Eigerman.
Those were things that really stuck with me as pleasant surprises. I will have to watch it a few more time so can commit the new stuff to memory. Feels so good to say new stuff. I kind of want to take both movies and play them side by side and see the differences. I know I still like the theatrical cut but the new version is way cooler.

I've watched it twice so far. More to come.
The Cabal Cut had some even crazier stuff. Decker talking to his Mask, and when he gets caught by Boone and Narcisse he tries to blame the mask and say it wasn't his fault. Also, Decker only cuts Joyce's arm, and Joyce lives to rescue Babette. Lori and Babette have a psychic connection that leads her to the jail cell and to then back to Midian.
