A tremendous film. It honours the story well as it pulls no punches in the gore department and retains the intelligence of the short story. Strong performances from everyone involved and a nice little twist on the character of Mahogany. The only aspect that disappointed me was the reveal of the creatures at the end - they were nothing at all like I pictured them to be and bore little resemblance to Clive's description. Other than that, though, a top film that suffered from poor distribution as Lionsgate focused all its attentions on The Strangers.

I agree it was a wonderful film. One of the best Clive stories brought to life on the screen.

I have the soundtrack also and it was a quite good.
