Here is the story behind the poster as told by the seller.
Let me explain. In 1988, then unknown
writer Steve Niles had a short-lived comic company
called Arcane Comix. During the
company's brief existence, contact
was made with then new horror
writing sensation, Clive Barker,
and together Niles and Barker
produced several projects,
including a magnificent portfolio
of lithographs of Barker's
beautifully painted cover art for
THE BOOKS OF BLOOD
series, and a collection of Barker's
pen and ink drawings in Arcane's anthology,
FLY IN MY EYE. During this time, I was the
Art Director for Arcane Comix, and designed
both the portfolio and the anthology.

That means this is being sold to you by Dan Steffan. Who actually is a comic book artist as well. Not very well known but I do have a copy of Fly In My Eye and he is listed as the Art Director as well as doing the last story/comic in the book.
Send him an email asking if that is him. He might be shocked to see he is being asked.
Also that poster is in the book only it is all black and white instead.I will see if I can post a scan of it in. I am just afraid because the binding is falling apart.

Hey antipax great poster man. I picked one of these up not to long ago off of evilbay.
I haven't had a chance to post any pics of it. Got a couple of new things I need to post up as well.

Whats up guys been a while since I posted something new.
So here you go some art of old Rawhead. Done by Allen Koszowski
and bought off of evilbay. Enjoy.
Here's a poster I got off evilbay as well. Done by Stephen R. Bissette
and sold by Dan Steffan.

Do you mean the one by Stephen R. Bissette right above?
If so it was never released the company went out of business
before it could be completed. It would have been great to
see as his take on Rawhead Rex was simply awesome. |

I also picked up the Rawhead Rex region 2 DVD. The picture on
this is a lot better than the region 1 DVD. There is a pic on
the inside back cover where the disc goes I have never seen
before.
Sorry for the little pic, but it was the only one I could find.
Anybody know anything about it?
