WEAVEWORLD is an epic adventure of the imagination. It begins with a carpet in which a world of rapture and enchantment is hiding; a world which comes to life, alerting the dark forces and beginning a desperate battle to preserve the last vestiges of magic which Humankind still has access to. WEAVEWORLD is a book of visions and horrors, a story of quest, titanic struggles, of love and of hope. It is a triumph of imagination and storytelling, an adventure, a nightmare, a promise |

This was my first encounter with Clive. When I was a little boy I had some troubles at home and school, and I started reading to get away from it all. I don't know how or when I found Weaveworld, and why I bought it, but once I started reading I just couldn't stop. Reading it sneaky under the blankets with a flashlight... I fell in love with book and the guy who wrote it. He is the real master of horror and fantasy! Has been my "bible" since then, and I read it once a year... Just have to...
My dream is still that C.B. signs this book for me, even now it starts to fall apart...
I just have to wait 'till he comes to Holland...

| I have to agree with you once I stated reading it I couldnt stop. That whole thing with Cal's dad loosing the pigeon and Cal running around the city looking for it, I think thats when it sucked me in. |

You know I actually looked up a map of Liverpool the first time I read the book, and took the time to look at it? I'm guessing for actual Liverpudlians that must bring forward a very vivid and interesting route through the city. _________________ Hellraiser Gallery: http://www.hellraisergallery.blogspot.com |
