As you can see I got 131/300. It came in the mail yesterday Saturday (OCT 5, 2013).
Looks like they are about half sold already.
The book itself looks very nice. antipax mentioned that the letter printing is odd. It is highly reflective on the page. (I'm guessing it is too much ink used for the type of paper used?) I don't think it detracts form anything though.
I have yet to dig into it but I am looking forward to reading all the neat 'extras'.
